This learning/remembering series will include conversations around:
- Cultivating compassion with our feelings of fear, depression, anxiety and addressing root causes
- Reclaiming ourselves from colonial/violent/domination narratives
- Recognizing and healing the inner colonizer
- Connecting with our rooted resources, earth, elements, seasons, plant and animal family to remember interdependence, mutuality and reciprocity
- Spiritual connection that is accessible, without spiritual appropriation/commodification/narcissism
- Reconnecting with our essential/embodied true self with love and clarity
- Navigating racial/social justice with self-compassion that extends to others with integrity
- Leaning into our own lineages/ancestral resource
- Expanding with soil and stars, sun and moon, dreams, cosmic and deep earth based awareness that is grounded in Mama Tierra always
Each zoom day will be 4 hours long with nature connection/unplugged moments mixed in to avoid computer fatigue. ;)
- Autumn: October 29 & 30, 2022 (Dia de Muertos/Samhain/All Souls)
- Winter 1: December 17 & 18, 2022 (Winter Solstice)
- Winter 2: January 28 & 29, 2023 (Winter integration and reflection)
- Spring: March 25 & 26, 2023 (Spring Equinox)
